Composition: hydraulic decoiler, combination of peeler, pinch roll & guiding wheel, straightener & length measuring device, deburring & straightening machine, looping pit table, pinch roll & guiding wheel, straightener & length measuring device, hydraulic shear, simple stacker, hydraulic system, electric control system.

Decolier

Decoiler works with snubber roll, auxiliary support to unwind the coil material to feed material into the pinch roll.

 

Deburring & straightening machine

Deburring wheel presses the material into "R" edge,straightening wheel straightens the strips.

 

Straightener & length measuring device

Straightener & length measuring device: driven by servo motor and gearbox, PLC NC length measuring.
