Rotary Shear cut-to-length line

Composition: storage saddle, coil car, hydraulic decoiler, 6Hi leveler, PVC applicator, length measuring device, rotary shear, conveyor, front stacker, rear stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electric control system.

Decoiler

Decoiler works with snubber roll, peeler to unwind the coil material to feed material into the pinch roll.

 

6Hi Leveler

Relieves the stress from the coil to ensure good flatness, making the material suitable for the following cutting.

 

Rotary shear

High speed continuous steel plate cross cutting, by using most advanced servo control system ensure the highest cutting accuracy.

 

Length measuring device

Driven by gearbox thru cardan joint, worm gear drives the lift of upper roll, synchronuous feeding.

 

Stacker

Loading capacity 10mt max, piling and neatening the cut material.
