PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Composition: Storage saddle, auxiliary support, coil loading car, hydraulic decoiler, hydraulic shear, scraps rewinder, double-slitters, tension station, recoiler, coil unloading car, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electric control system.

Double-slitters: Automatic interchange of the two slitter heads.

Tension station: Make the metal strip out of the pit with tension to facilitate the recoiling process.

Side guide: Is used to orientate the steel strip in width direction to prevent it from deviation. Width adjustment is motor dirven.

Scraps rewinder: Collect the edge scraps out of the slitting operation. Equipped with expansion mechanism and automatic discharge.

Decoiler: Decoiler works with snubber roll, auxiliary support to unwind the coil material to feed material into the pinch roll.
