PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Composition: Storage saddle, coil loading car, hydraulic decoiler, hydraulic shear, scraps rewinder, slitter, tension station, recoiler, coil unloading car, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electric control system.
Slitter: Slitter is a machine that cuts strip rolls longitudinally into various widths.
Tension station: Make the metal strip out of the pit with tension to facilitate the recoiling process.
Recoiler: Main-mandrel-shaft, material 42CrMoV, forging, high load capacity.
Shear&Side guide: Is used to orientate the steel strip in width direction to prevent it from deviation. Width adjustment is motor dirven.
