Precision Rotary Shear Line
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Composition: Storage saddle, coil car, decoiler, supporying arm, 6Hi Leveler, looping pit table, side guider, length measuring device, hydraulic shear, conveyor, stacker, exit coil car, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system, electric control system.
6Hi Leveler: Relieves the stress from the coil to ensure good flatness, making the material suitable for the following cutting.
Rotary shear: High speed continuous steel plate cross cutting, by using most advanced servo control system ensure the highest cutting accuracy.
Length measuring device: Driven by gearbox thru cardan joint, worm gear drives the lift of upper roll, synchronuous feeding.
Stacker: Piling and neatening the cut material, chain type discharge table.
Conveyor: Belt-type conveyor transits the cut plate to the stacker, motor-driven, wear-resisting belt.
