PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Applicable for metal plate with thickness of 0.5-6.0mm. Suitable for straightening/leveling various metal plates like perforated plate, laser cut plate, torch cut plate and etc.
Material: Stainless steel, high strength automotive sheet, galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, copper/brass, aluminium and etc.
Hydraulic precision leveling machine is the crystallization of our years of experience in manufacturing part leveling machines. It can quickly and conveniently level the workpiece. Stamped parts, laser cut parts, and flame cut parts can be made flat and almost stress free in just a few minutes.

Leveling roller quick change system: During daily production operations, the leveling device may accumulate impurities or material residues. The maintenance and cleaning of the leveling device can be easily completed in a short amount of time.
Overload protection: There is a huge force acting on the metal parts and machines during leveling. Before the machine tool experiences excessive load, it will stop and turn on the leveling device.
