PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Composition: Storage saddle, coil car, double-heads hydraulic decoiler, pinch roll+straightener, conveyor, side guide, 4Hi leveler,PVC applicator, start-stop shear, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electric control system
Double head decoiler: With the function to unwind the coil. Suitable for processing heavy gauge materials. Portal frame with pressure roll and anti-coil break roller for coil unwinding operations.
4Hi Leveler: Relieves the stress from the coil to ensure good flatness,making the material suitable for the following cutting.
Length Measuring Device: Thru rotary encoder measuring roll sends messages to computer to control cutting of fixed length. Measuring roll adjustment adopts pneumatic method.
Conveyor: Roller-type conveyor transits the cut plate to the stacker,motor-driven.
Stacker: Loading capacity 10mt max, piling and neatening the cut material.
Processed Material: Processed material: move it out of the stacker by roller for the following packing.
