PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Composition: Storage saddle, coil loading car, auxiliary support,hydraulic decoiler, pinch roll+straightener, looping pit table, side guide, double-slitters, scraps rewinder, looping pit table, tension station, recoiler, coil unloading car, auxiliary support, turnstile.

Decoiler: Decoiler works with snubber roll, auxiliary support to unwind the coil material to feed material into the pinch roll.

Side guide: Is used to orientate the steel strip in width direction to prevent it from deviation. Width adjustment is motor dirven.

Double-slitters: Automatic interchange of the two slitter heads.

Scraps rewinder: Collect the edge scraps out of the slitting operation. Equipped with expansion mechanism and automatic discharge.

Tension station: Make the metal strip out of the pit with tension to facilitate the recoiling process.

Rotary packing machine: Width range of slit strips 50-300mm.
