PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Composition: Hydraulic decoiler, combination of peeler, pinch roll & guiding wheel, straightener & length measuring device, deburring & straightening machine, looping pit table, pinch roll & guiding wheel, straightener & length measuring device, hydraulic shear, simple stacker, hydraulic system, electric control system.
Decolier: Decoiler works with snubber roll, auxiliary support to unwind the coil material to feed material into the pinch roll.
Deburring & straightening machine: Deburring wheel presses the material into "R' edge,straightening wheel straightens the strips.
Straightener & length measuring device: Driven by servo motor and gearbox, PLC NC length measuring.
Simple stacker: Collect the cut material.
