Start-Stop Shear Cut-to-Length Line

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Composition: Storage saddle, coil car, auxiliary support, hydraulic decoiler, 6Hi leveler, looping pit table, length measuring device, start-stop shear, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system,electric control system.

Decoiler: Decoiler works with snubber roll, peeler to unwind the coil material to feed material into the pinch roll.

6Hi Leveler: Relieves the stress from the coil to ensure good flatness, making the material suitable for the following cutting.

NC servo length fixing device: Driven by servo motor and gearbox. Rotating speed and length fixing accuracy is controlled by servo control system.

Start-stop shear: Start-stop type steel plate cross cutting. with high cutting accuracy.

Conveyor: Belt-type conveyor transits the cut plate to the stacker, motor-driven, wear-resisting belt.

Stacker: Loading capacity 10mt max, piling and neatening the cut material, chain type discharge table.
