    PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

    Composition: Storage saddle, coil car, hydraulic decoiler, 6Hi leveler, PVC applicator, length measuring device, rotary shear, conveyor, front stacker, rear stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electric control system.

    Decoiler: Decoiler works with snubber roll, peeler to unwind the coil material to feed material into the pinch roll.

    6Hi Leveler: Relieves the stress from the coil to ensure good flatness, making the material suitable for the following cutting.

    Rotary Shear: High speed continuous steel plate cross cutting, by using most advanced servo control system ensure the highest cutting accuracy.

    Length Measuring Device: Driven by gearbox thru cardan joint, worm gear drives the lift of upper roll, synchronuous feeding.

    Stacker: Loading capacity 10mt max, piling and neatening the cut material.

    Processed material: Move it out of the stacker by roller or chain for the following packing.
